•  Intellectual property management plan
In order to strengthen the management of the company's intellectual property rights, combined with operational objectives, to maximize the benefits of intellectual property, the implementation content of this intellectual property management plan is as follows :
1.Patent Management

1-1. In response to business needs, patent searches and registration applications are carried out in accordance with the Intellectual Property Management Measures.
1-2. For registered patents, register and pay regular fees to maintain the validity of patent rights.
1-3. Understand the patent regulations in Taiwan and overseas markets.
2.Trade Secret Management
2-1. The company's external cooperation contracts must include confidentiality clauses and stipulate penalties for leaking secrets.
2-2. The company signs written documents with employees to protect company secrets from being leaked.
3.Trademark Management
3-1. When introducing or developing new products, search and check trademarks in advance to avoid infringing the trademark rights of others.
3-2. According to the trademark application and management policy of Uni-President Group, the trademark registration must be notified to Uni-President Enterprises, and then the group will plan the trademark application and use.
3-3. Understand the trademark regulations in Taiwan and overseas markets.
3-4. Register and maintain the effectiveness of registered trademarks.
3-5. Eliminate infringement by others and avoid harming the company's trademark rights.
4.Copyright Management
4-1. In the case of outsourcing design, joint cooperation, or other use of the works of a third party, the signing of a contract or deed will be used as a guarantee of non-infringement.
4-2. The company and employees sign a written document to agree on the ownership of copyright.
4-3. Eliminate other people's copyright infringement and protect the company's rights and interests.
